This research aims to examine how urban sports culture can be cultivated through the exploration and utilization of sports events, emphasizing the pivotal role of urban management. Using descriptive-library methods and logical analysis techniques, this study delves deeply into the influence of sports events on the enhancement of urban sports culture. Findings reveal that hosting sports events can act as a catalyst for fostering social cohesion, increasing a city’s attractiveness, and expanding its cultural and social impact locally and globally. These impacts highlight the importance of urban management in effectively integrating sports events into the broader framework of urban cultural development. The study presents several strategies: integrating sports events with local culture to create a distinctive urban identity, attracting exceptional cultural talents to enhance urban cultural evolution, and establishing cultural brands to boost the city's core competitiveness. Furthermore, urban management plays a crucial role in ensuring the sustainable use of sports infrastructure, fostering participatory planning, and leveraging sports events to strengthen social interaction and inclusivity. The findings of this research offer practical insights for policymakers and urban managers to optimize the synergy between sports events and urban management strategies, enabling the sustainable development of urban sports culture. رویدادهای ورزشی تأثیری عمیق و چندبعدی بر توسعۀ فرهنگ ورزش شهری دارند و بررسی این تأثیر از نظر علمی و عملی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی چگونگی پرورش فرهنگ ورزش شهری از طریق اکتشاف و بهره‌برداری از رویدادهای ورزشی و با تأکید بر نقش کلیدی مدیریت شهری انجام شده است. در این تحقیق از روش‌های توصیفی ـ کتابخانه‌ای و تجزیه‌وتحلیل منطقی استفاده شده تا تأثیرات رویدادهای ورزشی بر ارتقای فرهنگ ورزش شهری به ‌طور عمیق بررسی شود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند میزبانی رویدادهای ورزشی می‌تواند به ‌عنوان یک عامل تسریع‌کننده انسجام اجتماعی را تقویت کند، جذابیت شهر را افزایش دهد و تأثیرات فرهنگی و اجتماعی آن را در مقیاس محلی و جهانی گسترش دهد. این تأثیرات نقش کلیدی مدیریت شهری را در یکپارچه‌سازی رویدادهای ورزشی با اهداف توسعۀ فرهنگی و اجتماعی شهر برجسته می‌کند. در راستای این اهداف، پژوهش پیشنهادهایی ارائه می‌دهد، از جمله: ادغام رویدادهای ورزشی با فرهنگ محلی برای ایجاد هویتی متمایز شهری، جذب استعدادهای برجستۀ فرهنگی برای ارتقای توسعۀ فرهنگی شهری، و ایجاد برندهای فرهنگی برای افزایش رقابت‌پذیری شهر. علاوه بر این، مدیریت شهری باید تضمین‌کنندۀ استفادۀ پایدار از زیرساخت‌های ورزشی، برنامه‌ریزی مشارکتی، و بهره‌گیری از رویدادهای ورزشی به‌ عنوان ابزاری برای تقویت تعاملات اجتماعی و فراگیری باشد. نتایج این تحقیق راهکارهای عملیاتی برای سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران شهری فراهم می‌کند تا بتوانند هم‌افزایی میان رویدادهای ورزشی و استراتژی‌های مدیریت شهری را به‌ طور مؤثر به کار گیرند و به توسعۀ پایدار فرهنگ ورزش شهری دست یابند. https://www.judpm.ir/article_214475_c410613e89811c14082086e4903e58cd.pdf
